Reports to: Catering Coordinator

Supervises: Catering Events

Hours: Part-time, non-exempt

Job Purpose: To ensure catering events are coordinated with Catering Director and ensure events are set up and executed on time.

Essential Job Functions: * including but not limited to*

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Must be organized and detail-oriented

· Cultivate strong client relationships

· Knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform proper event set-up and table service

· Serve meals and beverages to event attendees and bussing tables

· Works with clients to ensure details of events are executed

· Able to problem-solve and be prepared

· Assist with special projects when assigned

Preferred Experience:

· Experience in catering or serving

· Retail customer service

Working Conditions:

· Requires to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays

· Positions routinely require standing, walking, holding/carrying, reaching, twisting, bending, climbing stairs

· Employee will have the ability to lift and or move at least forty pounds on a consistent basis
