It has been a crazy month that has kept me very busy. But I got to cap it off with a wonderful dinner that I got to provide for the mayor of west valley city and some of her staff.

Bacon wrapped beef tenderloins with mushroom duxelle pomegranate demi.
Garlic and herb mashed potatoes.
Sautee'd haricot verde with balsamic glaze.
Mixed Greens with cranberries and feta with honey vidalia dressing.
Triple chocolate brownie with chocolate peppermint mouse.

What a meal!

Helped my daughter out with some fun tomato heart shaped caprese skewers. And also some fruit ones.

I made and served dinner for some friends for a church function last night.
Raspberry feta mixed greens with heirloom tomatoes and raspberry vinaigrette, Chicken cordon bleu with creamy lemon veloute' sauce, confetti herbed rice, and lemon herbed asparagus. Dessert was chocolate decadent cake with chocolate ganache.
