- Leads the pass over from wedding clients to the team
- Handles introductory calls with wedding clients
- Manages wedding inquiries, bookings, day of scheduling
- Checking Zola and the Knot daily
- Answers work phone for couples inquiries
- Handles all communication with couples pre wedding, on wedding day, and post (for sending edits)
- Manages our YouTube Channel
