Training is critical for the successful ex*****on of campaigns.

Here’s a list of training tips you wish you knew sooner!

⭐️Simple - keep your training nice and simple. Promoters need to
walk away confident and inspired, too much information can
leave them confused and tongue tied on the key points once
they’re in front of your customer.

⭐️Highlight your key points – much like point 1, always ensure you breakdown your brand USPs to 3, or maximum 5 distilled points. Promoters can easily pull this up and weave it into a conversation with a consumer.

⭐️Include some sampling into your training – make it interesting and allow your promoter team to immerse themselves in your brand.

⭐️Don’t forget to workshop – give your promoter team a chance to stand up, stretch their legs and show you what they’ve got! This is a great opportunity to give them tips on their start up lines, how they can close sales!

⭐️Testing – if there is time, throw in a fun test! You might be surprised by who seemed super confident but when it came to clear cut answers, there was still some support & training needed.
