Arm man se kos

Eggs Benedict

My wife has a complete obsession with the Hollandaise Sauce, because it’s just so awesome. This lockdown, I have managed to bake the Ciabatta bread and the next challenge was the Hollandaise. Some early attempts waisted quite a few eggs. After thorough research I think ... I’ve got it.

To be honest, it’s a nerve-racking 2 mins of your day. Anything can go rough so quickly, from splitting the butter from the egg yolk or to adding too much lemon.

All I’m saying is... Happy wife.... happy life 😉

If you want to impress friends coming over try this seafood Paella! I recommmend a lovely crisp glass of Chenin.
Please don’t get me wrong , I love a skaap tjoppie on a braai.
Paella is a firm fave in our home.

Hi Friend,
Been an epic week. It was great to be a part of SJMC Jazz on the Lawn on Human Rights day and a great 50th Celebration in Constantia yesterday.

Ended the week watching the Mozart Requiem @ the Stellenbosch Konservatorium.
