What a color explosion for this Corporate Tropical Fiesta Awards Night!
Taking a magical marquee space at Victoria Park Golf Complex and finding the right balance to transform the space into a colorful fiesta vibe whilst maintaining style.
The space was brought to life by the generous amount of floral brought in by Anna at Flowers by Forrest – what a beautiful display of all things bright and beautiful.. you truly transformed the room with table florals, large stage length floral display and two of the biggest gold pot displays of florals to set the stage.
Adding to the amazing color display - Wonder Bloons I Custom Brisbane Balloons provided the amazing balloon arch on entry, unique balloon letters and numbers, and the greenery backdrop hire – thankyou for the many hours your team put into getting the balloon displays perfectly inline with my vision.
The little touches made all the difference with each floral display sitting in color water beads and sitting on beautiful mirrored plates with custom acrylic ‘Tropical Fiesta 2023’signs made just for our corporate client – the very talented Rhema WordArt completed these and the custom greenery backdrop sign in the perfect colors to match my linen choice. And let’s not forget the beautiful gold toucans and tropical props throughout the venue – what’s a tropical fiesta without toucans, flamingoes and beach umbrellas!
Design and on the day styling by Style My Celebration, including sourcing props, menu and order of event design and printing, colored linen supply/managing other vendors.

A little scare for this Halloween themed 18th! From the hidden purge masks lit-up in the trees to the grim reaper that stood taller then the roof..light up tables with skulls and bones and fog rising from the ground..creepy in a good way!! The blood dripped cake was delicious!

Take the breathtaking views from the Rooftop 12th floor of the Rydges South Bank Brisbane – an already spectacular space to wine and dine guests and add in some glitz and glamour for this corporate function.
Featuring sequined linen that caught the beautiful sunset and fell nothing short of Hollywood glamour, toped with gorgeous feather centrepieces wrapped in pearls, whilst floating candles matched beautifully with pearl and flower detail.
A gold backdrop with the corporate’s name at one end of the room was mirrored on the other side of the function room by an equally eye catching personalised balloon letter backdrop. The center stage – that caught your eye as you entered the room was beautifully encased by two large gold stands with flower arrangements in white and gold and the room was dotted with beautiful black and gold balloons for that extra touch!
Beautiful by day and more memorizing by night!

A little prohibition! The request was for a touch of Gatsby/prohibition for this 21st. The client request was for some simple additions and nothing over the top.
The bar tables were dressed in black with mirrored plates reflecting the diamonds draping from the beautiful feature centrepieces and reflecting the fairy lights and candles. The Gatsby themed backdrop framed the tables for the food that are draped in black and gold and featuring Gatsby props. The chandelier added one extra touch.
The transformation of set-up during the day to dazzling at night was mesmerizing.

Stunning Christmas in July themed party for an existing client was an absolute pleasure to put together and transform their home into a Nordic winter space with elements of warm woods, furs, whites and silvers.
As guests entered they were immersed into the Nordic Christmas feel with the fresh greenery with the smell of cypress and pine cones and candles lining your way into what will be a night to remember.
A glimmering Christmas in July sign with arches to fit the theme in soft greens from Ilokids Events - Boutique Prop hire & event styling with sparkling mirrored reindeer added by Style My Celebration catches guests eyes before they see the beautiful trailing greenery cascading down the stairs, stars and candles trimming the area for extra Christmas cheer. Now if you go up the stairs you find a comfortable space filled with lounge chairs, furs and candles, or move forward into the space where all the fun will happen! Downstairs you find the DJ set up ready to get you dancing, while the caterers are busy preparing deliouse Christmas food and bar staff prep Christmas themed cocktails! Will you sit inside around the glimmering silver table, dotted with reindeers and baubles or head out through the beautiful wisteria framed doorway to the outdoor area where the flame of the heater dances in the night and beautiful decor continues.

We didn’t let the unpredicted rain hamper the night and a last minute marquee providing extra shelter for guests outside.

Kenmore Village Florist created and installed the beautiful trailing greenery and Luxe Design & events provided the wisteria frame.
Style My Celebration designed, styled and managed all other vendors and had the absolute pleasure of working with this lovely couple again!

Where has the year gone! So many events to post and share with everyone and Gatsby has certainly been the flavour of the year..so here’s one from earlier this year - Gatsby themed 40th dessert table for Phuong. At Oche Fortitude Vally the scene was set for Gatsby flare!

As always I engaged the amazing designers at Madders Brothers Patisserie to work their magic and create some Gatsby inspired deserts with touches of gold! Dessert table styled, and set-up by Style My Celebration. Is your mouth watering!

Who doesn’t love a dessert table, but add in the love of a wedding and it makes it all that much more beautiful! Was a pleasure to put together this dessert table at a local venue Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens – what a beautiful majestic spot! The brides mum Carol engaged my services and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The amazing deserts were created by Madders Brothers Patisserie who never disappoint on flavor and the amazing style of their desserts. A sneaky addition of Sicilian Cannoli at the brides request from Gerbino's Italian Bakery. Wedding Dessert table styled, and set-up by Style My Celebration.

Janine’s 50th Birthday!
I am very grateful that my clients are all very special people with beautiful personalities and Janine certainly ticks that box – was an absolute pleasure to assist her in making her 50th birthday special.

Black, gold and white was the theme with a request to turn a large space into a birthday celebration with a ‘wow’ and to feed guests with plentiful of grazing delights and a lolly buffet!

As you entered the room a large balloon bouquet with Janine’s personalised name and 50th catches your eye, and as you gaze pass the balloons sits a lolly buffet with plenty of sweet treats…but wait there’s more…just meters away a large balloon backdrop with personalised message and amazing centrepiece birthday cake sits.
As guests walk through the room they are presented with a grazing table with meats, cheeses, fruit, bread, biscuits....and more. This room focuses on Janine with a large screen she set-up displaying precious memories. Balloon features adding a 50th birthday touch to the room.

So the weather wasn’t as planned and turned out to be a very wet day…however we were able to adapt the outdoor area to cater comfortably for table and seating out of the weather in the open fresh air. Tables were decorated with special 50th centerpieces in line with the black, gold and white theme.

A special thanks to Affordable Event Decorations (Instagram affordable_event_decorators) who was able to supply the backdrop and balloon garland at short notice…was a beautiful display and Amanda Bakes a Cake who supplied the amazing cake at short notice…I was told it was delicious and tasted as good as it looked!

Style My Celebration designed and styled the event and provided, the decor, beautiful linen, grazing table and lolly buffet.

It was a last-minute booking with Covid concerns, however we managed to create something beautiful for Janine in the short time we had and I hope it made her birthday extra special.

Stella’s Onederland!

Transformed the back area for this client into an enchanting Onederland for Stella’s 1st birthday celebration. Personalised backdrop with Stela’s name and a tea party setting for 12 little onederlanders.

Bright colours and sparkles caught Stella’s eyes and her bigger sister was intrigued by the magical onederland party for her sister and friends.

I hope you all enjoyed the little touches to make Stella’s 1st birthday extra special.

New Year’s Masquerade Party!
Immerse yourself in the ambience of the candles…all 226 of them as you enter through the long hall as floating candles dance in clear glass vases. As you enter it’s a sensory overload with a gorgeous gold glimmer backdrop framed by gold and black balloon garland…perfect for your entrance photo. From there you glance up at the long trailing greenery and floral cascading down the stairs only to be followed by the glimmering black and gold balloon garland that shows off the truly beautiful high ceilings. But don’ just look up- straight ahead the gold candelabras glow and the stunning mask feature brings the room to life…it’s time to bring the New Year in in style!
Outside the fun continues, and although some wet weather tried to dampen the set-up, we successfully created two comfortable zones for seating either by the pool as you watch the floating candles dance in the night or lounge by the greenery backdrop before the cocktail making class starts…don’t forget the bar service and catering…what a night! A shame I left the fun to the party guests and didn't get to see the set-up at night - I can only image it was magical if it looked this good in the daylight!

Yeee Haaa! Boy did I have some much fun creating a table setting for a 50th birthday with some cowboy flare!

Set in the magnificent Henley Room at the The Boatshed Restaurant, Regatta,toowong the room itself is stunning with exposed timber and wine bottles and set the canvas perfectly for me to create some magic and make this 50th Birthday a little more special.
Lanterns lit up the hay stacks that adorned the middle of the table alongside the horse shoes for good luck, little 50th reminders that it’s a special day and the bush flowers in boots , Akubera hat and individual gingham linen to really make it feel like it was a country setting.

We hope you enjoyed your little piece of the country in the city...Happy 50th Birthday from Style My Celebration.

60th birthday to light up the night!
It was beautiful to see the lighting and décor transform from set-up during the day to the sun setting/night fall. Defiantly the wow factor for guests as they walked through to the outdoor area sparkling from front to back with fairy lights and pops of spring color with beautiful flowers, colored ribbon embellishing the classic black linen on the bar tables and some bright balloons for some birthday fun.. because what’s a party without balloons.!
The brief for this 60th cocktail function was.. ‘do something simple and not over the top, with pops of spring color!’

Style My Celebration styled this fabulous event and band and catering was arranged privately by the client.

It’s ‘D’ Party of the year!
A big Happy Birthday to Dana the Birthday girl. Celebrating all things D for her birthday! Donuts, Drumsticks, Darrel Lee by the drum full, daisies, disco ball, giant light up ‘D’ and all things D!!

The seen was set for an amazing night of dress-ups in ‘D’ Themed costumes and although I leave before the real fun begins, I could see guests arriving is some phenomenal costumes!!
Guests nibbled on grazing platters and all things sweet, including some Delicious customised cookies, while Cuisine On Cue provided the main course and drink service for the night.
Style My Celebration styled this fabulous event provided the dessert table with the help of the birthday girl Dana, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Can’t wait for the next dress-up function…anyone for Halloween!!

Rain, hail or shine – the party will go on!
Re-take on a 40th birthday missed last year due to lock-down. A beautiful outdoor dinner party for friends and family. Looming grey clouds and a not so nice weather forecast were not going to stop the fun! Freeman's Party Hire were wonderful with a last minute hire addition of the beautiful large white marquee and configuration change to take the open air festoon lighting and polls and gives us an ambient undercover area whilst integrating the beautiful lighting and mood for the party.
Tables flowed with hessian and greenery with soft touches of candlelight and set the scene for Chris’s belated birthday bash. As guests arrived they were greeted with gazing platters and the dessert centerpiece to be savored later in the form of a delicious birthday cake by Lavish Occasions - Customised Cakes and Cupcakes – choc loaded cake with personal 40th touch!

A gourmet BBQ meal followed with chef onsite from SpitsnPieces catering producing some mouth watering meat, seafood and sides for the guests. Food was given a 5 star rating form guests and all went home with a full belly and smile on their face!

Lets Party like it’s 1981!
Wow, talk about brightening up the weekend with this 80’s party styled to celebrate a joint 40th birthday! We had so much fun designing and styling this party with pops of Fluro orange, blue, green and pink the party was brought to life with a light-up bar, decked out outdoor area and features at every corner…glow cubes, festoon lighting, huge pool balloon display as the swan and flamingo float on by!
The magnificent greenery roof feature and bar table centerpieces brought the party into a ‘Miami Beach’ mode and with DJ on site and the staff at Entire Catering filling guests with delicious food the scene was set for a great night!

Thankyou to Anna at Flowers by Forrest For once again amazing me at the beautiful floral and greenery creations you provide.
247theme were on point with festoon lighting, white leather couches and the light up bar to really set the 80’s Miami beach theme and Wonder Bloons once again provided the perfect addition with the pool balloon display and entry features.

Style My Celebration designed and styled the event and had the absolute pleasure of going back in time to when things were simpler and life was oh so colorful.
