We are a professional Wood Fired Pizza caterer based on the Sunshine Coast in QLD and servicing SEQ. Creating pizza from scratch, using fresh dough and hand stretching each and every base on site - no frozen, pre cooked cardboard in our business! We are all about providing a memorable experience for your next event, be it a party, Wedding, Engagement, staff reward or festival. We cater from 30 people to as big as you dare - we will take every step with you to make your event the best it can possibly be! We have 2 unique trailer set ups and our newest addition Big Betty our Classic Ford C600 which is imported from the states and fitted out with twin pizza ovens. In addition to our amazing Wood Fired Pizzas we also offer beautiful grazing tables and delicious salad options. We source all our produce locally and only use quality ingredients on our pizzas.
