Our toughest food critic taste testing this weeks special..
meatballs n Spaghetti 🤭
It couldn't have been too bad, inhaled the meatballs before I could take a photo then took the family bowl to mop up the rest 😮😳
Verdict? 2 thumbs up & a very full belly 😋😋

Of all the dishes, platters & meals that went out yesterday... these are the ones close to the heart.
These traditional antipasto platters reminds me of our family Sundays, an abundance of cured meats, soft & hard cheeses, home made grilled eggplant & capsicum drizzled in EVO, sundried tomatoes, mixed sicilian & black olives, artichokes hearts...

Pork belly stuffed with fresh herbs & garlic, rolled & spit roasted served on rosemary & seasalt baked potatoes
$60 per tray (approx 2kg pork)

⭐Slow Braised Lamb Shanks
Lamb shanks cooked in a red wine, tomato passata, and mixed vegetable sauce
$60 per tray (6 shanks)

⭐Spaghetti Timbalo⭐
Spaghetti tossed in our napoli sauce, parmesan cheese & mozzarella, placed in an eggplant lined tray & baked
$35 per tray (feeds 6 to 8)
