Service Terms & Condition:

1. 50% payment is required in advance for booking.

2. The rest 50% is due on the day of Event

3. Our All packages (Except Chief Photographer Apurbo) for 5 hours. Morning Shift: 7:00AM-12PM, Day Shift: 12PM-5PM, Evening Shift: 6:00PM-11PM, Night Shift: 11PM-4:00AM. After 11.00 pm client should provide transport for the Team (Office to Venue to Office, Pls Don’t Pay money to our team member for Transport).

4. For out of Dhaka client must provide Transport + Accommodation +Food and ensure security.

5. Additional hour rate for Photographer Tk.2,000/- and for Cinematographer Tk.2000/- per hour/ Per Person, TK. 10,000/Hour for Chief Photographer Apurbo

6. Home/Residence (Basor Ghar, Home decoration etc) Coverage Extra 2,000/Photographer/Cinematographer + Transport,

7. For Events outside Dhaka, 50% of the total bill will be added extra with the Package Charge.

8. It may take around 5 working days to deliver all the Raw soft copies

9. Clients have to select the pictures to print and collect the photos and should provide song/music list to edit Videos. After Video edit, music/song change charge Tk.500/song/music

10. All soft copies needs to be collected within 10 working days of the event

11. All Edited copies have to be collected within 3 months. After 3 months Wedding Story will not be responsible for any data loss.

12. Upon Request or any others reason we may store your data after 3 Months on Payment Basis. Storage charge Tk.1000 per Week

13. In any case our chief Photographer Fail to attend the program (Sick, Accident, Overseas tour or any other unavoidable circumstances ) client can choose following option a) We will arrange another renown senior photographer b) Cancel the order and refund 100% Payment

14. We always taking care our valuable Data and make necessary backup. But it’s a technical matter, and data loss may happen. In that case we will try our best to recover it, otherwise will refund 100% payment or will do any other possible compensation (Other Shoot, Print etc)
