We are looking for an experienced and creative Strategic planning manager/senior strategic planning manager to lead our planning department. The role will carry the primary responsibility of designing projects for different clients predominantly Below the Line (BTL) and Digital acquisition in nature. The central goal is to help grow the business by providing projects with an innovative approach grounded in reality.

Position: Strategic Planning Manager/Senior Strategic Planning Manager

Location: Dhaka Metro

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: BBA/MBA in Marketing from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing campaign planning, trade marketing, field communication, or a similar role.
- Experience in the FMCG/Tobacco industry is preferred.
- Outstanding functional understanding of the Marketing Mix.

Major Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the development of innovative BTL and digital campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives, strict deadlines, and budgets. Implement trade marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement.

- Oversee the planning, control, and successful completion of multiple projects. Estimate resources, manage timelines, and coordinate teams to meet project goals while adhering to brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and deliver creative event and marketing solutions, from concept to ex*****on, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand standards.

- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies. Present compelling concepts that reflect the creative vision and strategic goals of each project.

- Monitor consumer reactions through focus groups and market research. Analyze data and prepare reports to inform and optimize future campaign strategies.

Additional Requirements:

- Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Clear and concise management and communication skills.
- High level of organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation skills in MS PowerPoint.
- Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Sound understanding of the market and consumer trends.
- Experience in brand building and marketing communication.
- Working knowledge in Strategic Planning, Campaign Planning, Brand Analysis, Market Analysis, and Brand Communication.

Salary: Negotiable
Salary Review: Yearly
Festival Bonus: 2 (as per company policy)
