This past year we have chosen to continue to give of our time and talent. dropping off cakes to the childrens home, checking on our neighbours with meals. baking bread until the flour ran out. Expanding our garden to have food for ourselves and to share. We are grateful to our clients who continue to support us which allows us to be helpful in our community. Thank you. This early Christmas dinner feast for 6 heading out the door.
A few fresh sage leaves to garnish the very tender roasted Turkey, fresh cranberry and pear sauce, gravy from the pan drippings, stuffing, mac ‘n cheese, creamy mashed potatoes with a grating of fresh nutmeg swirled in, roasted brussel sprouts, broccolini, carrots and string beans. It’s beginning to look a lot like christmas! Dessert a delicious pumpkin roll.

We are marking our calenders for next year. We had such a great time and lots of fun at the Wine and Food Festival @atlantisbahamas. We chose the opening Swirl party @fsoceanclub at the golf course club house. Such a beautiful and comfortable venue. The rum punch lunch at the Cove oceanside with @chefjj Johnson. So charming, talented and gracious.
