🧘‍♀️ FREE Yoga by the Bow 1:00 - 1:45pm this Saturday with the Mynah School of Yoga! This project is led by graduate teachers who are some of the best new talents coming up in Calgary.

Maggie Hull leading this practice ✨
“For me, yoga is a way of life. It starts with welcoming each day with a journal or meditation cushion and setting a mindful intention. It’s about honoring the lunar cycles and aligning with my body’s natural rhythms—embracing both light and shadow, strength and rest. In my classes, I offer a strength-based practice set to music, designed to help you move beyond the confines of the mind and connect deeply with your body. Maggie is a Registered RYT 500 and a certified Ballet Beats instructor. She teaches weekly yoga and classes and offers a registered series called Lunar Flow, a yoga series based on the cyclical nature of the moon”.

🌿 Bring your own mats and anything else you might need to engage deeply in this practice!

☀️Hey Calgary! It’s finally that time👋🏻

We are kicking off our “So Long Summer Series” with an evening of R&B tunes with Joash Charles & friends and a pop up from the talented techs at Ten Tips Downs, hosting a press on nail workshop and custom nail services from @079.nail and ! 🎶💅🏻.

During the event series, foodies can enjoy the local food and beverage options on-site including , , , , who will be serving a variety of artisanal coffees, fried chicken, soft serve ice cream and a curated selection of local craft beers and refreshing non-alcoholic options.

Each weekend will feature different pop-up vendors to showcase local artisans, and up-coming musical talent of all different genres to bring the community of all ages together!
