We are very excited to welcome Tammera Kostya to our staff this season as our resident Pilates teacher!
Tammera is certified with the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP). She is the owner of her own pilates studio here in Canmore called Flex Wellness and she also teaches at other sports and fitness facilities in the Bow Valley. Our dancers are in for a cross-training treat this season!

Happy summer everyone! We hope that you are all enjoying some r&r, sunshine, bubbly beverages and beaches! 🍹😎 Here at the studio we are busy with our regular sort of DIY projects during our annual summer closure; painting, re-decorating, flooring maintenance, costume laundering and sound system updates, to name a few;) We miss all of our dancers and look forward to seeing all of you again after your summer adventures!🏕🏖🗽🎢🎪
