Well that’s a wrap! We were proud to offer our services to Northern Health for their 2 day administration conference this week. We streamed in a virtual keynote from Europe, recorded video and audio for all sessions, ran audio in 3 areas simultaneously, and made sure all the breaks and meals had great upbeat music! Being on site for 13+ hours each day was a test of endurance but we are already looking forward to our next event 💫 🎥 🎤 🎵

Just wanted to share a bit of the Hybrid meeting we were hired for yesterday.

It's amazing how a rather "simple meeting" can require so many moving parts, so much equipment and a plethora of wires.

In the venue shot it's almost as if there is nothing there, but that's why, it's because we take the time to be sure it is a clean setup.

In this meeting, they required...

1- Roland digital audio and video mixer (The brains of the operation)
The Roland V60HD is a powerhouse piece of equipment that can input and output all the necessary feeds to the necessary places (so long as you have enough laptops....)

1 - display monitor to see all of the video inputs and outputs to be able to see in real-time before sending out the signal to the appropriate feed.

4 - laptops
1 presenter laptop to route all of the presentations
1 gallery view for zoom
1 co-host for Zoom and the feed to the other participants
1 for the Rolland software to act as the digital audio mixer control for the multiple mics

4 - microphones (3 wireless and 1 podium)

1- table and tech surround to hold all of the gear and techs while covering the multitude of wires and attain stealth mode while running the event. 😉

2 - robotic video cameras. 🤖 🎥
1 for the panel discussion and 1 for the main presenter.
The feed had to be able to output both the projector as well as one to feed to the Zoom feed.

1 - Projector, for the attendees in person to be able to see the gallery of other attendees as well as switch between the PowerPoint presentations as well as presenters on Zoom

2 - speakers to be able to hear the presenter in the room as well as the participants via Zoom
1 - custom made the podium with built-in the podium microphone

Multiple extension cords and power bars for all the attendees to be able to plug their laptops in for the lengthy meeting.

1 - extremely happy client.
