This week in class we channelled our inner Van Gogh to create our own Starry Night pictures. We did this with foil painting. Our mini artists used their fingers or in some cases whole hands to add paint to the foil.
Foil painting has many benefits
⭐️Develops fine motor skills
⭐️develops their creativity
⭐️focuses on the process rather than the end result
⭐️ Add a new sensory experience
A great time was had by all at our Famous Artists class today @fairfieldcommunityhall. We created artwork inspired by Van Gogh, Kandinsky, Andy Warhol and even Yayoi Kusama. 👩🎨👨🎨I can’t wait to do it all again in Biggleswade tomorrow!
