I teach a fun, friendly dance fit class, all ages and abilities are welcome! I offer a fun and friendly zumba class open to everyone on weds nights at 7pm.

Hengrove community hall, Fortfield Road. £5 per class. I also teach hen parties and kids parties with a theme of your choice. A few example the hen parties I have taught include;
Beyonce medley
Grease
Dirty Dancing
80's Zumba style and more

Kids parties;
One direction
Gangnam Style
Street dance
Zumba and more

Prices depend on the length of time and the amount attending the class. Feel free to message me with any questions. Many years of dance and fitness experience. Drivers license and CRB.

Hey ladies I hope you’re having a good weekend!
I’ve given it a lot of thought and I’m going to give dance a rest for the time being. I’m feeling quite flat about my weds nights and am often very tired so this week will be the last for the time being! I hope u can make it so I can see you all.

I’m not sure when or if it will return but knowing me I will be keen to get back to it at some point in the future! I hope this hasn’t inconvenienced anybody. I will still be teaching for members at imperial sports ground which I encourage my Wednesday ladies to come and get a membership for!

Hopefully see some of u this weds! 💚

Hey! Just wanted to let you all know whilst I’m sorting diary out. I am away on holiday weds 5th June so there will be no dance.

Dance IS on this Weds so come join us!
