Weekly menu released every Sunday for collection/delivery the following Friday. We bake with locally sourced organic flour from Shipton Mill and butter from Berkeley Farm Dairy. Orders must be placed by Wednesday 12pm. Delivery within a 3 mile radius. There is a £3.95 charge for deliveries and a minimum spend of £15.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO TEACH A MOVEMENT CLASS AT WILDLING STUDIO?

I would love for the studio to evolve into more of a community hub by inviting movement teachers to share and teach in the studio space with me. The intention is to create a larger range of offerings and timings for our members to choose from.

If you know of any movement teachers who you feel embody the ethos of Wildling Studio and would like to teach alongside me, please encourage them to reach out.

(Please note this is not an opportunity for space hire, I am looking for people to join the Wildling teaching team.)

With this plan moving steadily ahead, I would love to know what offerings you'd like to see at the studio. Whether that includes a larger variety of yoga classes - and if so, which types? A different movement style - for example, pilates. Or perhaps your favourite class at a different time? You may even like to see more breath-work and meditation classes on offer?

Get out on the water this summer! Practising yoga on water can seem a little daunting but our sessions are about immersing yourself in nature, exploring, having fun and not taking yourself too seriously!

Join us for a 90 minute class out on the paddle boards at . Lake 32, Spratsgate Ln, Cirencester GL7 6DF

As well as a 60 minute yoga class on the paddle boards, you’ll have the chance to develop your paddling skills on the lake. Classes typically start with a short warm-up paddle followed by breathing exercises and an explorative flow sequence on the board. There will be the opportunity at the end of class to practise more challenging poses where chances are you’ll end up in the water! This is completely optional and you may prefer to spend your remaining time paddling around the lake. There’s also a small cafe on site where we can gather after class if you like.

You don't need previous yoga or paddle board experience. All kits is provided - just bring yourself!

Launching a new weekly class starting Sunday 3rd April 2022!

Our lifestyles rarely reflect the need for balance.

We only usually take time off when we become exhausted or sick - when the universe forces us to pay attention.

Take some time out and join our Sunday Yin class. Yin is a yielding and nourishing practice. A practice to find balance in your week.

Week to week we will explore meridians, breath work, meditation and mindfulness practices.

Compared to faster paced “yang practices” which focus on your muscles, yin yoga, with its slow, static holds allows you space and time to tune inward and draw your attention to both your mind and to the physical sensations of your body. Its long holds target your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones.

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice that allows you to offer yourself towards stillness and practice cultivating ease around stress.

Expect seated and laying poses held for longer periods of time (3-5 mins) to encourage you to melt and release. Yin yoga is a deeply nourishing practice and is an ideal antidote to our often fast paces lives. As well as being a great counterpart to more intensive exercises, Yin yoga is also suitable for anyone with injuries who may be less mobile given it’s restorative style.

Our studio is based just outside of Calne with views of rolling Wiltshire hills overlooking Cherhill White Horse.

Whether you're a total newbie to yoga, or maintain a regular practice, our Sunday classes are suited to a range of levels.

Can't touch your toes and worried you're not flexible enough? Don't fret, flexibility is something that develops overtime alongside your practice. It's not a prerequisite to get on the mat.

Next month we will be hosting a Late Summer Wild Wellness Retreat Day where you’ll have the opportunity to learn how to make our popular sourdough focaccia!

Set in secluded Wiltshire countryside, Wilding Studio, in collaboration with Faye Bolderston Yoga and Nutrition by Florence invites you to a day of yoga, foraging, feasting and fermenting.

The day promises to be a wild exploration of your senses! Whether you're a newbie to yoga and fermentation or a seasoned expert, you’re bound to discover something new. Leave feeling nourished, rested, and empowered with a wealth of knowledge, recipes, ferments and sourdough focaccia!

Connect, nurture and explore with a gentle, embodied yoga flow designed to support your gut health.

Forage, feast and ferment in the afternoon with Camille and Flo. Embark on a wild treasure hunt for ingredients that you’ll be using in your afternoon workshop, as well as a wild tea!

Enjoy an outdoor feast with a tasting extravaganza of homemade fizzing ferments and tongue tingling pickles. You’ll eat your lunch set in the wildflower meadow with views over rolling Wiltshire hills.

One way you can help support India’s Covid-19 appeal...

Having completed another great 4 days of teacher training , both the school and my wonderful fellow trainees have decided to come together in a fundraising effort in aid India’s Covid crisis.

I will be hosting my usual Sunday morning class this week and if you would like to donate and support please follow the link in my bio. (More details can be found there too)

There are also a number of other free online classes this week lead by my fellow trainees. You may wish to donate in exchange for a class but this is not obligatory.

New menu!

With the bakery on pause for the last couple of weeks I've been able to spend more time outside , and that means foraging! So this week's menu is all about celebrating mother nature's bounty and trying out some new foraged flavours.

If anyone else loves spending time in "the nature" 🤪🌻 feel free to join me on the afternoon/ early evening of Tuesday 30th of March for a walk foraging and collecting ingredients. Send me a message to book. (limited spaces available due to restrictions)
