Meals are chilled for you to heat through, refrigerate or freeze.
If you have mobility issues and are unable to collect, I will arrange to deliver to you.
Main Meals £9.95
Venison casseroled in a Port sauce with Cranberries, Chestnuts and Shallots.
Breast of Chicken in a sauce of fresh and preserved Ginger
- with white wine, onions, spring onions, garlic and yoghurt.
Salmon and Asparagus en croute with a Chardonnay and Chive cream sauce
- wrapped in puff pastry.
Roasted Vegetables and Nuts en croute (V)
- roasted peppers, courgette, chestnuts, walnuts wrapped in puff pastry.

Dauphinois potatoes cooked in a garlic cream sauce
Tangy Red Cabbage - with onion, apple, wine vinegar and brown sugar - serve hot.
Roasted Root Vegetables - parsnips, carrots, red onions, swede.

Winter Pudding- My own version of the summer classic but with red berries, apples and pear
in mulled wine jelly.
Prune, Calvados and Apple Tart - individual, with ground almonds and apricot jam.
Tarte au Citron - individual tart, tangy and fresh lemon in a sweet crust pastry tart.
For Cold Collations - traditionally made - serving size 6 - £22.50
Cheshire Pork Pie with Hot Water Crust Pastry - a mediaeval recipe of pork loin, apple,
white wine, nutmeg, pepper.
Game Pie with Hot Water Crust Pastry - game as available, may include venison,
pheasant, rabbit, duck.
Chicken and Pork Terrine - with onion, brandy, streaky bacon, pistachio nuts, cranberries,
nutmeg and thyme.
