Our latest Waverley planning approvals are for two permissions that will drastically transform a two bedroom bungalow to a two storey, four bedroom family home. The first permission is adding a new first floor providing master bedroom en-suite with walk in wardrobe, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

A new rear extension will increase the size of the existing kitchen and give a new utility/boot room. There will also be a replacement garage and the second permission will deliver a single storey garden studio.
