Aswanley has a unique combination of formal and informal spaces which means there's flexibility and scope to create a truly individual wedding day. The barn has a series of interconnecting rooms with its fireplace room at the centre. Your ceremony can be held indoors, or outdoors, to suit the style of your day, in the garden, under the 16th century stone arch or next to the

baronial fireplace. And once the formalities are over the Victorian barn is the ultimate place to celebrate. More than a blank canvas

Aswanley can be styled as much or as little as you want. It can be personalised with the tiniest of touches or completely re-styled. Hire includes everything you need, from chairs & tables to a well equipped catering kitchen, including cutlery, crockery and glassware. In house wedding co-ordinator

We have three outstanding in-house wedding coordinators and a bespoke online wedding planner to help make the planning process as simple as possible. Our first rate team, with over ten years experience, have the skills to help you realise your dream wedding.

A huge thank you to Rachael and the team at Aswanley Wedding Venue, for hosting their ‘Spring Wedding Open Day’ today, which was so very well organised, with a great selection of top wedding suppliers in the industry on hand to guide you all the way to your perfect day. Great hospitality too, at this stunning country steading on the hill.

So nice to meet so many lovely couples too, and all your wedding quotes will go out to you first thing on Tuesday morning - promise !

The place looked just fabulous today, and more than ready for a busy season ahead.

A secluded fortified house, magical gardens and spacious Victorian barn on the banks of the River Deveron in Aberdeenshire. We can look after small intimate family gatherings or up to 250 guests for civil & religious ceremonies, receptions, dinner and dancing.

Your home for the day
