I was approached by someone recently who said this is the first ever open mic they have been to that is run by a woman! And come to think of it, I can't think of another one. Does anyone else know one?! It seems to be a very male dominated scene, let's change that! If anyone would like to accompany me and I will teach you the ropes so that you can go on to run your own open mic night one day (or cover mine!) then let me know :) 🎵
