This beautiful dish of baby aubergines with spiced minced lamb and tahina is a perfect addition to any Middle Eastern feast booked with us.
Our shredded filo and cheese pudding is the perfect finale to any feast served by us. We present it with a rose-honey syrup and decorated with rose petals and pistachios.
This stunning potato and spiced mince lamb pie is a stunning dish. We serve it scattered with pomegranate seeds and toasted pine nuts alongside our salatete banadoura salad – the perfect combination
This vibrant dish is called salatete banadoura or 'village tomato salad’ and is popular in the villages of Syria and the Lebanon. It makes a fresh, colourful side dish as part of a feast.
Our founder, Tony Kitous, loves aubergine salad – he says “every time I eat aubergine, it makes me think of my childhood.” This wonderfully colourful aubergine salad is studded with jewel-like pomegranates and make a stunning addition to any feast booked with us.
This stunning dish of red pepper and feta is as tasty to eat as it is to look at. It's one of the very favourite dishes of our founder . Tony says "the smell of grilled red peppers always reminds me of my summer holidays back home in Algeria as well as my trips back to Lebanon and Morocco”.

The official launch of Feast from the Middle East was marked at the end of June, with a party at London restaurant Kenza in Devonshire Square in the East End. Also founded by our founder Tony Kitous, Kenza is well-known for its authentic Lebanese cuisine.
The launch event was attended by over 200 guests, including members of the press, corporate guests, event agencies and friends of the Comptoir Group.
Lebanon is an ancient winemaking country. Most of the grapes for the eight million bottles of wine Lebanon produces annually come from the Bekaa Valley — and the valley floor lies at about 1,000 metres above sea level, while the mountains that lie to each side crest 3,000 metres. That means cold winters and cool nights in summer. This all goes together to make some spectacular wine like these stunning bottles of Rosé from Château Ksara.

in Devonshire Square played host to over 200 specially invited guests who enjoyed a huge feast of seabass sayadiyah, cauliflower with tahina, chicken sambousek and a whole lamb carved by the head chef. At the end of the feast a mouthwatering display of desserts was revealed – mountains of baklawa and Turkish delight and enormous plates of mouhalabia – a traditional Lebanese milk pudding.
