We are only a few minutes drive from Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Crich Tramway Village and Carsington Water. Walking distance from Black Rocks, The Heights of Abraham and Gullivers Kingdom.

This year marks the 50th Birthday of Scarthin Books.
We opened our doors on 30th August 1974 and have been exceptionally lucky to be serving you for 50 years. We feel so grateful for all the support we receive, for our wonderful customers and the brilliant staff we have had over the years.

We hope you will celebrate our Semicentenary with us.

As a massive thank you to all our past, present and future customers everyone who shops with us during August will receive a raffle ticket, be entered into a draw and have the chance to win some lovely prizes.
