I didn't do mothers day balloons this year as was super busy however I am doing easter ones and have already started taking deposits.

2 -Box with rabbit head and balloons on top.

Easter balloons.

I'm thinking I'm a bit late but I wasn't going to make them what do think guys??

2 different designs a stuffed balloon with a rabbits head or a box with a rabbits head.

Colours will probably be different as I won't get much choice now but briefly looking I think I can get silver, purple, blue and pink.

Both designs will contain a egg and some easter bits.

What goes into a balloon display?
How do you price them?

Shall we look at what a balloon artist does for that money.

Well it's not just a case of blowing up balloons.
A ballloon artist will spend time before the event working out added extras we can add to your display while keeping within budget trying to give the best look, researching the right colours to fit the theme or photo that's been sent. We have to work out and order correct amount of balloons at different sizes to ensure we get the effect required.

This all before we even start blowing them up.

A balloon arch usually takes me around 2 hours to blow up the required balloons and then it's attaching them to the frame or wall and what ever little extras have been requested.

Plus the travel getting to the site requiring them and then some customers expect you take them down also.

A standard no frills balloon arch with 2 sizes in balloons will be a starting cost of around £60 depending on size of arch just in balloons so then my time, any extra sizes in balloons, any foils and backdrops etc you can see what to expect when asking for a quotation.

Yes you can get a balloon arch kit on amazon for around £10 but those balloon arch kits don't supply you enough to have the effect on the box you need 2-3 of those kits to get that effect and they are unreliable you get some kits that balloons are all faulty or have holes in, they are thin and so pop easily also they smell like chemicals this means they are not safe 7for children or pets.

So if you want just a few simple balloons at a party then go for it grab afew kits watch some utube tutorials and have fun but if you want something like what you see on Pinterest then expect the price and give your balloon artist time.

If you would like information on the balloons I use please feel free to contact me I'm happy to share with you. I use good quality and biodegradable balloons in my displays, they have no nasty chemicals so your children can be safe around them.

I hope this helps you all when planning your party etc I'm always happy to give advice, I do have loads of people that approach me with a low budget and I will ensure I do all I can with what I have been given.

Only had 30mins to set up today so I roped in help and pre blew up what I could. Yep if I had time I would made a few little changes but super happy with the results in such a short time.
