orm. it will start form southampton and will be performed across the united kingdom in very near future. United Kingdom has been described as one on the most multicultural countries in the world. The reflection of multiculturalism is a characteristic of our national arts and culture. Our aim is to form a production team from the Southampton based poets, Tabla Player and singer, a group who will compose and sing the poetry ( Ghazals) and our planning and development of cultural traditions are used on stage. The focus of our strategy was to establish a multicultural group of South England community. RuBuru-E-Ghazal objective is to attract public communities that are truly reflective of the rich cultural diversity and for entertainment to those who love Ghazals and classical music in any shape and form
This on-going support allows us to heavily subsidise and organise (Concert) Mehfil-e-Ghazal (Urdu,Hindi,Punjabi) in order to encourage access to the New talent of people who might usually feel excluded. Some members gave us valuable comments – the response from members in English and with South Asian language Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. It engages and promote the talents in local communities will be of benefit not only to the participating cultural communities, but also to the society at large. In addition to this we targeted to start from Southampton and then complement the performance of the RuBuru-E-Ghazal with in key areas with large South Asian populations (e.g Birmingham, Hounslow, Southall and London)
It is our hope that this attempt will be viewed as a work in progress for encouraging new talents and entertainments. We urge arts organizations and the different cultural groups work with us to use what is helpful; and to share what they have learned from their own experiences.
