Creating that sense of illusion is always “magic” to watch! ✨🪄

Having a magician at your wedding day is a great addition and really gets your guests talking and mingling. A ideal time to have one is when your guests are enjoying their welcome drinks and canapés.

VEUNE SHOUT OUT ~ The Gathering Barn

As I visited this beautiful venue on Friday it seems appropriate to start my shout out with The Gathering Barn.

I’ve been lucky to work at this venue many times and I must say it’s one of my faves. Sarah the owner is all about giving you the time and space to create your own celebration. This venue is booked exclusively with the use of 2 barns, a bar area, a courtyard and accommodation. Set in the most wonderful part of the country with backdrop of the miles and miles of fields it’s just the perfect relaxed wedding venue.

This is one of my favourite parts of a wedding day the speeches. There is so many emotions felt and expressed, from laughter to tears and lots of raising of glasses “a toast to the bride and groom”

I find myself laughing along or welling up to the stories being told. I feel truly blessed to be able to witness this on a couples wedding day.

Help Needed!!

Calling all wedding suppliers I need your help. I have had a special request from a previous couple looking to help out a best friend who is due to marry this Saturday coming (27th). Unfortunately due to ill health they have had to bring the wedding forward and are looking for a photographer and makeup/hair artist to help.

The wedding is taking place in Newport.

Firstly, Happy New year. I hope you all had a great Christmas. Well, I know it’s been a while, and I apologise for the radio silence, but the last few months have been super hectic. As many of you know I have been working on other projects alongside my wedding planning business but I also decided to try and make some more time for myself and my family as well.

Juggling being a dance mum, a business owner, and everything else in between can be challenging but of course very rewarding. I have had to remind myself it’s ok to stop and take stock of life in general from time to time, I think it makes us appreciate what we have even more.

I have tried just to be there in the moment at any event, wedding or even an occasion with my family instead of documenting it through a post on social media. But for 2024 I will try and be more present on social when I can as I don’t want people to think I’ve shut up shop, it’s just been nice not to have lived through social media the last few months.

So on that note, I wish all my old and new followers good health and love for 2024 let’s hope it’s a good one!

Wow, what a wedding, it truly was epic from start to finish. Here are some images I took but really don’t give it justice to how beautiful the room looked thanks to Flowers By Gem.

Each supplier involved was a joy to work with and thank you all your help on the day!

Mr & Mrs Brooks is been a pleasure, I hope you had the best day celebrating with your friends and loved ones.
