We offer courses in Level 2 Food Safety in Catering.Courses are held in 2 ways, individuals can sign up for a course we run on a monthly basis at Central Hall (see course dates & venues) or if you have a group of 10 people or more, courses can be held at a time, date and venue that suits your work colleagues at affordable prices. The courses are fun and informative with lots of activities to help
