Are you curious to learn and explore all the ways your body can move?
Do you want to learn to move your body in a way that not only provides greater physical
balance, but also fosters creativity, connection and exploration?
Then this Movement Fusion Workshop is for you!
This workshop is designed to meet the needs of those completely new to movement
practice as well as to inspire those who already have some experience in movement, or
fitness, providing simple tools you'll be bringing with you.
We divided the focus in two main moments:
-2.5h of solo exploration using the Movement Flow system
- breathwork
-integration
Movement Flow is designed to help you explore, create and connect to your own body.
Movement Flow combines contemporary dance, martial arts, soft acrobatics, hand balancing
and many other disciplines, all under the one roof.
It’s a generalist approach to movement, to teach and allow you to move in different ways,
without hyper-focusing on one specific skill. It is a system that allows you to diversify your
practice and find greater balance for overall better movement. You will learn to identify your
strengths and work on your weaknesses to achieve greater control and balance in your
body
