It was "World Jollof Rice Day" yesterday and I made sure I had enough jollof Rice that could last me (if possible) for a year 😂😂..

Starter - Goatmeat peppersoup served with bread rolls.
Main Dish - Smoky Jollof Rice served with vegetable salad, Moi-Moi and peppered chicken/Fish.
- Coconut Rice served with vegetable salad, Moi-Moi and peppered chicken/Fish.
- Ofada Rice served with Assorted beef stew, egg and fried plantain.
- Singaporean noodles served with stir fried vegetables and beef Stir fry.
