The Nepal ITF National Instructor and Technical Seminar-2023 successfully concluded at Biratnagar, Morang on 4-5 November, 2023. The event was hosted by Nepal International Takwon-Do Federation

Koshi Provicne Taekwon‑Do Association under the Chairmanship of Mr. Prabin Kumar Karki, President of Nepal International Taekwon‑Do Federation. There was 265 ITF practitioner participated from Koshi Provicne. The program was inaugurated by Honorable Mr. Dig Bahadur Limbu, Ministry of youth and Sports and Closing by the Honorable Shila Diksh*t Karki, Member of Provincial Assembly of Koshi Province. Mr Basu Dev Bhatta, Senior Vice President of Nepal ITF, Mr. Umesh Rajathala, Vice President of Nepal ITF, Chaturlal Chaudhary, Vice President of Nepal ITF, Mr. Gham Bahadur Thapa Magar, Secretary General of Nepal ITF, Rajendra Dhimal, EB Member of Nepal ITF, Chandra Tamang, EB Member of Nepal ITF, Mr. Jitan Thapa, EB Member of Nepal ITF others distinguished guest were presented in the Seminar. The seminar was conducted by Mr. Umesh Rajthala, Vice President and Chief Coach of Nepal ITF.

The 1st ITF Taekwon‑Do POKHARA OPEN Invitational Championship 2023 has successfully Concluded at Pokhara Kaski, Nepal

The 1st ITF Taekwon‑Do POKHARA OPEN Invitational Championship 2023 has successfully Concluded at Pokhara Kaski, Nepal . The championship was organized by the Anjuli Taekwon‑Do Dojang and promoted by Nepal International Taekwon‑Do Federation and Gandkai Province Taekwon‑Do Association. The championship is supported by Anjuli English Boarding School. The opening ceremony inaugurated by the Honorable Dorna Kunwar, member of Gandaki Provincial Assembly as Chief guest, Mr. Gham Bahadur Thapa Magar, Secretary General of Nepal ITF and Member of Junior and Veteran Committee of ITF HQs, Mr. Akash Chandra Gharti Magar, Mr. Suraj Sunar, Mr. Bir Kunwar, Sudeep Acharya, Simran Gurung, EB member of Nepal ITF and others distinguished Guest and and district representative, Umpire and officials. There are 310 ITF players and Instructors were participated in the Seminar. The championship was running for 2 days days from 30-31 December, 2023 under the Chairmanship of Mr. Bishal Budha, Member of Gandaki Province Taekwon‑Do Association. The Anjuli Taekwon‑Do dojang was team champion of the tournament.

The 8th ITF Taekwon‑Do Pro. National Championship-2024 has been successfully concluded at Khanda Devi, Ramechhap, Nepal on 2-3 FEB, 2024. There are participated 44 competitors male and female from the seventh province, Nepal Army, Nepal APF, Nepal Police and Organizer team. The championship inaugurated by Chief guest Gyan Kumar Shrestha, Chairman of the Khadadevi Rural Municipality. There were presented Former Finance minister of Bagmati Provicne government Mr. Shanti Prashad Paudel, Meyor of Manthali Nagarpalika Mr. Lawa Shrestha, Eb Member of ATF and Board Member of National Sports Council Mr. Anjan Dhamala, President of Nepal ITF Mr. Prabin Kumar Karki, Taekwondo Olympian Mr. Deepak Bista Vice President of Nepal Itf, Mr. Chaturlal Chaudhary, Secretary General of Nepal ITF Mr. Gham Bahadur Thapa Magar, Secretary General of NNMGC Mr. Rupsing Moktan, Treasure of Nepal ITF Mr. Bikram Bantha Magar and Nepal itf umpire and officials in the Championship.

In the competition, Sushmita Thapa Magar became the champion in the women's category 45-50 Kg and Rixang in the men's category 50-55 Kg. Sushmita and Ricksang received the champion trophy and Rs 50,000 in cash. Kusum and Nirmal, who finished second, had to settle for a cash prize of Rs 40,000.

On the men's side, Mr. Prasad Budha of Nepal Police Club won the third place. In women, Nikita Dhimal of Army came third. Both of them received Rs 30,000 in cash, trophies and medals. In the competition, athletes from 47 to 55 kg weight group for women and 50 to 57 kg weight group for men competed in professional ITF Taekwondo.

Than championship was organized by Ramechhap District ITF Taekwon‑Do Association and sponsored by Khadadevi Rural Municipality under the Championship of Mr. Dhanraj Moktan, President of Ramechhap District ITF Taekwon‑Do Association.

The 11th ITF Taekwon‑Do General Choi Memorial l Championship 2024 has successfully Concluded at Kathmandu, Nepal

The 11th ITF Taekwon‑Do General Choi Memorial l Championship 2024 has successfully Concluded at Kathmandu, Nepal The championship was organized by the Kathmandu District Taekwon‑Do Association and promoted by Nepal International Taekwon‑Do Federation. The championship was sponsored by Tokha Municipality as Chief Sponsor. The opening ceremony inaugurated by the Honorable Dig Bahadur Lumbu, Minister of Youth and Sports Ministry as a Chief Guest, Honorable Pradip Paudel, Member of Parliament House, Mr. Anjan Dhamala, Board Member of National Sports Council and EB member of ATF, Mr. Prabin Kumar Karki, President of Nepal ITF, Mr. Basudev Bhatta, Senior Vice President of Nepal ITF as well as executive committee of Nepal ITF and others distinguished Guest and and district and provicne representatives, Umpire and officials. There are 370 ITF players and Instructors were participated in the Championship from 7 province team, Nepal Army, Nepal Arm police force, Nepal Police. The championship was running for 2 days days from 5-6 January, 2024

30-31 December, 2023 under the Chairmanship of Sangkhar Dev Shrestha, The Nepal Army was team champion of the tournament and Mr. Prabin Budha and Miss Shusmita Tamang were best player of the tournament.
