When you get married and it's raining 🌧 you get wet with your other half ,living the moment with smile on your faces 😍.

The only thing I can see here is that love between you both is incredible. No matter what the time , weather rainy or sunny let's get married 🤣❤😍 simply because I want to be with you and live every second with you for the rest of my life.

5 things I would tell myself 5 years ago👇🏻

- Do NOT waver in your confidence. You are meant to do great things.

- Stop searching for permission from others who don’t pay your bills. That’s a waste of time.

- Don’t be afraid to let go of control in your business. Once you loosen your grip and widen your eyes, you’ll notice bigger things are around the corner! Start outsourcing ASAP.

- INVEST IN EDUCATION ASAP. Seriously, do not wait a couple years to go to workshops or buy courses because those things only propel you further in your business instead of just trying to figure it out and fumble around on your own. It’s scary to pay the money upfront, but you’ll make it back tenfold. And buy from creatives who INSPIRE you and get you out of your comfort zone.

- Take the freaking risk! Don’t sit in this comfortable little spot for too long, because the longer you sit and DON’T take that risk, the more you’ll feel behind and loath others who are on the path to where you want to be.

I WISH I could travel back and time to have a conversation with myself 5 years ago. I would lay out all of these things and more! I would LOVE to see where my business would be at if I would’ve taken these things to heart.

Can I be real with you for a minute?

It’s been HARD trying to be inspirational and educational while diving into this wedding season. I think my brain is a little tired from “off season,” where I preperd a course, preperd presets, and provided a TON of free education for all of you. And now I’m in creative mode, and my brain is like 🙅🏼‍♀️🙅🏼‍♀️🙅🏼‍♀️ “hiiii I can’t do both at the same time.”

It’s been a weird balance trying to figure out what the best route is to do both, but clearly I’m still new at this.🤪

I’ve been in your shoes.

Yep, working until 4:00AM editing and watching YouTube vids and listening to podcasts soaking in every ounce of knowledge I can get for free. Waiting tables to build up that extra cash to buy a new lens. Taking literally any shoot or wedding that came my way to build up my portfolio as quickly as possible while narrowly avoiding burnout.

I remember thinking over and over again that this dream was too big, that I wasn’t good enough at this, and that I wasn’t capable of hitting my goals.

I WISH I would have believed in myself a little more. That YES, I could shoot 30+ weddings a year and travel around the world while doing it. That YES, I could build a kick-ass team that I love working with. That YES, I could launch a successful product that HELPS others be successful in their own businesses.

So I’m writing some quick little notes to my past self (and to you if you need it):

3 QUICK EDITING TIPS✨

If you’ve EVER struggled with editing, you’ll need to do these 3 things👇🏻

1.) ALWAYS shoot in RAW! Shooting in RAW ensures you are capturing as many colors in an image as possible, creating photos with a higher color range and color depth. Think of it this way, JPEG is like a box of 12 crayons, and RAW is like a box of 64. SO many more colors to choose from!

2.) Shoot a TAD underexposed. Like 1-2 stops. I do this to preserve highlights and whites in my images, and it’s WAY easier to bring up shadows than it is to bring back highlights when you’re editing!

3.) Use a preset! If you have no idea how to create your own, and if you do know how but can’t achieve the look you want, buy a preset from someone who’s work you love for the base edit and go from there! Remember, presets are NOT a blanket and should be tweaked for each image, but some do work with one click!

Have you ever felt so stuck in life? Like you’re hitting your ceiling but you don’t know where to turn next?

This was me.

I had been shooting 30+ weddings a year, taking more shoots than I could count, and I didn’t know how I could possibly take on MORE without being so burnt out, but I wanted to continue this upward growth I was experiencing.

How the heck was I supposed to do this?!

The idea of starting a team came to me after speaking with my husband who told me I needed employees. I said “uhhhh no my business is MY BABY”, at first, but after some time, the thought wouldn’t go away. Hire an associate? To shoot for me? And still give my couples amazing experiences? And take on MORE weddings but be working LESS?

So I JUMPED IN and never freaking looked back. My favorite parts about having a team is having the most incredibly talented people working for me giving them opportunities to serve amazing couples, still giving couples RAD experiences that they love, and still growing and expanding my business while I can focus on things like education or destination or intimate weddings or traveling with my family!

This course is built for you if you felt like I did, if you felt like you needed a change and up level but you didn’t know where to turn next. I hand over everything I’ve learned so you can start your team and change your life ASAP.

It was a gorgeous April day in Tuaku, Auckland. It was warm on the base, with some shower rain which makes it funny with bride and her bridmaids running to find shelter lol 😆


My sweet bride was so organized, I love when my bride said "hey Rosa I saw photo on your Instagram with wedding ring on the bouquet 💐 and I would love to have same "

This is ABSOLUTELY makes me broud of my work that I give to my client .😍

It's not just about client trust , it's about your feeling ,ok I am gonna describe it for you :

I feel like I work from the bottom of my heart to get the result which make you happy at the end. I UNDERSTAND some clients says og 8 weeks to get my photos done !!! It's too long I am so excited 😆.

Well !! Good things need time ⏲️ and creative also needs time. But I am pretty sure you will love it at the end 😏😉 trust me !!! .

I am on the mood of traveling now 😌 who is same like me ? Queenstown or Sydney on my list .what about you????
