Lovely casual, mid-week dinner in a beautiful home!
Started with duck breast, spring onion pikelet and cashew pesto… followed by eye fillet with porcini potato cake, onion pithivier and truffle hollandaise… and finished with vanilla crème brûlée and black doris plum 🍽🥂

Well between covid and my health I have slowed down..
But I’m under control now and rearing to go again.. as you all know I’m extremely lax with social media , when I’m presenting food it’s all about timing and being served hot so my priority is getting it all out at perfect timing! Hence the lack of photos…
Anyway I’m still here and as I I write this I’m prepping my heart out for a gig in Tauranga …
Will get a shot of this one as it pans out
