依臺北市政府教育局113.08.13北市教體字第1133086404號文，註銷滑輪溜冰協會潘士升教練證照案，因該名教練涉及性平之情事。

本會將潘士升教練終身停權，禁止參與本會一切活動。

請大臺北家長注意自家小孩直排輪團隊是否有該教練在做直排輪教學課程。
