About the Chef

I discovered my passion for cooking at the side of my grandmother over three decades ago in a little parish in Jamaica called Trelawny.

Beginning with award-winning sauces, marinades, and rubs – I now create wholesome, chef-inspired meals for all types of occasions.

Before emigrating to the United States and starting my own business, I was head chef at Jamrock Sports Bar & Grill – an internationally known hot-spot in Kingston.

A graduate of the Culinary Arts with further education in Political Science; I have extensive experience hosting cooking demonstrations and opening new stores for Fortune 100 companies.
