I’ve seen endless accounts of locals coming together during this recovery and it’s no different here. No government officials. Just neighbors helping neighbors. We’ve had so many volunteers and it’s very much appreciated!

Our community has been devastated by this storm and we are already working to build it back again. Everyone is safe and accounted for and that’s the most important thing above anything else. We are very fortunate the bridge, chimney and pavilion are still standing at the venue. The gravel road leading into the venue has been washed out and we are working to fix it in the coming days/weeks. The main paved road out of the venue (Green Creek Rd) has been washed out in several places but one lane is accessible for now. Unfortunately we have had to cancel the rest of our fall weddings this year but we plan to be back up and running for all the events that have been scheduled for next year. Thank you to those who have supported us and we hope everyone is safe! For people looking to help, donations and supplies for the community are being taken in at Little Rock Creek Baptist Church
