Private last dance is probably one of my favorite things. ❤️ It’s a time when the bride and groom can quickly realize that what just happened, actually happened. It’s the WE DID IT moment. They can look into each others eyes, smile, kiss, and hold each other without any distractions. Our last June Wedding soaked it all in during this time. We captured this picture from this past weekends wedding. It’s a father in between 3 of his of 4 daughters watching that special moment of his wife dancing with his daughter that he handed off to start her own family with her husband. I have 4 daughters and this moment was really felt by me. Happy tears all around. Love all around. We just love weddings and it shows with the work we put into making each night special for the couple. 😍😍😍

We always LOVE when the couple does a private last dance! 😍😍. These past few days we watched the weather closely as all the news stations called for severe thunderstorms, hail, rain, etc. We always have backup plans in line for these situations. That’s what separates us from other venues. This couple just rolled with it and trusted us. The storms never came. We had another magical wedding. So much fun! Jimmy with At Last Entertainment & Events had everyone on the dance floor all night long. It was such a pleasure working with them and their families. Another star studded lineup of vendors:

When the couple wants pictures with Longhorns then we make it happen. They had all gotten out of their normal pin area. So they were spread out everywhere. So I had to keep a lot of them distracted so Straughan Photography could capture this amazing picture. 😍😍😍I was also a rodeo clown that day. 😂😂😂. We try to do everything to make the couples day just that more special.

Sundays Wedding was just as Magical as Saturdays 😍. I rode along with the very talented Straughan Photography ! She always positions the couples in the correct way. I was able to capture this picture of the sweet couple during sunset. I can’t wait to see the pictures she took of the couple with the longhorns. Both sides of the family were amazing to work with. Bride was such a sweetheart and the groom as nice as can be. The groom serves in the military and we thank him for his service. Happy Super Bowl Sunday!!! I want to give praise to Smoke in the Hills BBQ for the amazing catering service they offer! Even today I called them and sure enough they answered my call. They always go above and beyond. Family owned and operated in Boerne. Can’t wait for y’all to be there for the next event. 😍😍

To all the couples in search of your perfect dream venue. Here are a few important questions to ask the venue when searching:
Do you allocate my hours the day of the wedding? Meaning do you only have certain times to have a ceremony, reception, getting ready, decorating, etc..
Here at Eagle Dancer Ranch we give you 14 hours to do as you please. We also don’t do tours on your wedding day. It’s your day!

Do I have to pay extra to come out and take bridal photos/engagement photos? Here at Eagle Dancer Ranch we don’t charge for you to come out for these type of photo shoots. Just as long as it’s not on an event day.

Ask the venue to show you a setup of how the floor plan would look with the guesstimate guest count that you’re considering. Don’t just take their word for it because the tables may take up all your dance floor. Some venues may tell you their max capacity which would include taking up your dance floor just so that you book with them. Or all the backs of chairs will be touching each other with no room to get in or out.
