We have received a few messages today regarding this construction update from the Indiana Department of Transportation. At this time, we do not expect it to cause an impact to our festival, as the road restrictions are expected to be lifted in the first week of August. We will monitor this, and will provide updates if our expectations are changed.

On or after Monday, July 7, the north and south approaches of Morton Ave./Centerville Rd. will close at U.S. 40 in Centerville for a traffic signal modernization project. Turn movements from U.S. 40 to Morton Ave. will be unavailable. U.S. 40 will remain open to through traffic. Learn more here: https://bit.ly/40e2sYv

VENDORS:

We have received many questions regarding contact information for this year's event. We have changed emails this year, and are operating vendor information with the email address of [email protected]. Please use this email address if you have any questions regarding this year's event, as this will ensure quick communication with our vendor coordinator.

Also, for our previous vendors, it looks like the switch caused a lot of our emails we've sent out the last few months to automatically go to spam. If you have not registered for this year's event, we encourage you to go to www.archwaydays.org/vendor-registration to do so. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected].

Regarding scammers: The only vendor application we have is through our website at www.archwaydays.org/vendor-registration. We have had a lot of scammers on our site this year, and we're working to ensure that none of our vendors get sent in the wrong direction when it comes to vendor registration.

Thank you and we hope you will join us for this year's Centerville Archway Days Festival!

Our Story

The annual Centerville Archway Days Festival in Historic Centerville, IN is held on the 4th weekend in August at Maplewood Park.

The name Archway Days comes from the many brick archways along main street. During the 1820’s and 1830’s traffic along what is now US 40 (Main street, Centerville) became so heavy that people with street front property built onto the front of their businesses and built brick arches allowing access to the original properties in the rear. Some of these arches are still in good repair and can be seen as you travel down main street.

The Festival began in 1988 and has endured as a fun community event in late August. In 2013 the torch was passed from the original founding group to the current group of organizers. Many activities have come and gone over the years but the spirit of the festival remains the same. Come out and enjoy a weekend in east central Indiana and experience our wonderful small town festival.
