As we enter the end of the year and our busy season we would like to thank everyone who has supported us this year! For those interested in booking us for the Holidays please book sooner than later as the dates are filling up quickly. We will try ok best to accommodate everyone on a first come, first serve basis.

I am Lea Corona!

I am a 34-year-old business owner, a proud mother of two, and the driving force behind this culinary adventure!

Since I was a little girl I was drawn to cooking. I loved watching my mom, lola, and aunties create magic in the kitchen. The way they put so much love and joy into the food they created filled my heart. Family gatherings were a huge staple in my upbringing and I loved how food brought us all together, even until today. I inherited my passion for cooking from my mother, a skilled chef, and entrepreneur herself, so it was essential to me that the soul of Hallelumpia honored her and our Filipino traditions.

Immersed in her recipes, I added my unique touch, transforming traditional dishes into something that was not only delicious but truly reflected who I was and where I came from. Through the food I created, I wanted to bring people together.

This was the start of Hallelumpia! ❤️

Yesterday we celebrated our 10 years in business! I can’t believe it’s been 10 years since I launched my business. 10 years of blood, sweat, tears, long nights, early mornings, high and lows. It has been the most amazing journey through it all. If I told myself 10 years ago where I would be today, I wouldn’t believe it! I’m so proud of how far I’ve come and what I’ve accomplished in this last decade. I’m mostly proud of myself for never giving up, even on the days where giving up felt like the only option.

I want to thank all of our amazing customers for riding with us, supporting us and showing us so much love over the last couple of years. Without you none of this would be possible! Thank you to my friends who were my first customers, to help business going! The biggest thank you to my family for supporting me and believing in me every step of the way. Thank you to anyone who has ever helped me along the way, you know who you are. To my staff, I love you guys so much! Lastly I want to thank God for guiding me and answering my prayers when faith was all I had left. 🥹♥️🙏🏽
