Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be in a different place every day? Some events people would pay us to work, fun events like sporting events (Superbowl), concert caterings, you name it we have done it.
We love the food truck industry and we are looking for a team that shares our passion. We can guide you if the passion is there.
It is fast paced so the need to be able to role with the punches is important.
We do lunch and dinner shifts some days one others both.
Ideal new team member will:
Have reliable transportation
Flexibility
Food Handlers card is a plus but we can get one within 60 days of start
Ability to get on a military base (no felonies)
Job description will include but will change as we see your capabilities and learn your desires:
-Prepare proteins, sauces and sides
-great communication skills with the team and the guests
-preparing the truck for the next day. Doing dishes, label and date foods, sanitize all work areas.
As we are looking for window staff but will want to cross train.
