Hey there students! Wine fest is coming up on November 19th. USS Chefs will be assisting with this year's Chef Showdown. This year we're having 3 rounds of competition. 1st round is appetizers-students only. 2nd round is entrees-pros only. 3rd round is dessert-pastry chefs only. We are working hard in our kitchens! In the middle of prepping to go lunches for the high schoolers. We also have custom packages for fishing guides, corporate events and other lunch functions.
