Ugh... 2020 was a jerk. We were ready for our comeback too.

We're looking to meet and discuss options this summer about bringing back this event in a really big way for the people of Denver and Colorado Springs (and all who decide to join from elsewhere).

Questions have been abundant and we know you are eager to learn more about the future of Project Cosplay.

As of now, event staff is working together to get the 2019 dates confirmed so everybody can start planning. Please note, there will be open ticket sales for cosplayers, a form for photographers to apply to attend, and options for sponsoring just as there was in years past.

Why has Year 3 taken so long to put together? There’s a number of changes happening, especially behind the scenes. Project-Nerd, LLC is no longer running the event and will only be participating as a non-liable partner in a consulting capacity. Additionally, convention partnerships have presented themselves and were being explored. Venue pricing also varies from weekend to weekend and based on location, and this is not a profitable event.

But everything is coming together now, and exciting news is around the corner. Stay tuned.

Hi, All!!! Just a quick update:
We will not be having a Project Cosplay event this year due to logistical challenges and management changes.
We will let you know as soon as the 2019 date is picked.
Thanks for understanding and we look forward to seeing you all in 2019!!

So everybody is aware... Big Show Entertainment holds no rights or ownership to Project Cosplay, and for the many of you impacted by that brand I promise you they are not welcome to future events. Project Cosplay has been run by EEON for two years and will continue to be in the future. Thank you.
