This is always true. We all have cameras on our phones and every uncle has a Nikon or Canon. However…part of what tells the complete story of your wedding day are these moments. The groom writing his vows behind the scenes, in a quiet spot in the forest. I WISH I had detail shots like this of my husband on our wedding day. So, while I rarely get on my soapbox…let’s leave pretty photos to the professionals so you and your guests can enjoy the day. Hooray! 🥰💕

I strive to instantly bring back wedding day memories when you see your How gorgeous you felt putting on your dress. How elegantly tall you stood as you slipped on your shoes. Did you put them on yourself? Did a friend or family member help? Maybe you felt anxious or giddy as you waited to walk down the aisle. So many tiny moments flash by on your wedding day & I love grabbing those little detail shots as well as the big moments too. 💕

I’m baaaaack! 🎉
No, I wasn’t partying like this awesome couple. (BTW…I loooooved this wedding!). I took quite a tumble a couple weeks ago at home & kicked my own ass, as my husband said. Ha! 🥴 Bruised my knee, sternum, collar bone, b***s (yikes!) & ribs. Goodness! 😫. Took some much needed R&R at home while my body healed. I’m back at it and did a fun shoot today and it felt so good! 🙌 I’m excited for 2024 summer weddings to kick off next month. Yay! Limited summer dates still available. 📷

I’ve probably taken 525,600 photos of our son in his 16 3/4 years on earth. My mom heart was so happy when he and Sarah asked me to take even MORE photos to document their one year anniversary! Yay! 🥰 They are both so goofy and silly (they met doing theater…see what I did up top…😉) & let me capture them being themselves. Sooooo cute! 💕
