When people ask where did the idea of creating Xarcuterie came from…
Besides being a cheese lover and a dream chaser…. It all came together after a recent trip to Barcelona and Madrid.. I felt so inspired by the city, the people and the entire vibe around the food. It was then, when I understood that food is culture. This is more than just putting meat and cheese on a plate and making it look pretty, its about sharing stories, laughs and creating memories that will forever stay with you.
Xarcuterie (pronunced just like Charcuterie) is a blend of the Catalan and English word.
I invite to try more than just cheese and meat. Be part of the Xarcuterie experience.
