It never fails. I get everything set up SO cute for a bride the day before her wedding, and.. I leave. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 I ALWAYS forget to document how everything looks before wedding day. Well, not tonight!! Feast your eyes, this bridal suite is ready for action (and boasting a new rose garland wall in the archways, to boot). So so excited for Bri’s wedding day tomorrow, the magic is real! 🤍✨

After the “10 people max for indoor venues” upset the wedding world received - outside we go, rain or shine, right?!

You guys. We were absolutely geeked (pronounced “blessed”) to host the intimate wedding of Raven and Scott this weekend 🤍 06.27.20

Like many 2020 spring brides, their original plans looked nothing like this. And yet, the intimate experience was an incomparable, beautiful and genuine celebration of love for everyone there.

Thanks, Raven and for trusting us as your Plan B! You hold a special place in our hearts as one of our first events of 2020, and first 🤵🏼👰🏻

You are planning the biggest day of your life with an event-crushing hurdle to conquer. Nobody could have prepared you (or us!) for this, but we’re doing our best to roll with the punches right alongside you.

Things are not going to get back to normal quickly. Social distancing and small groups of people are going to be the thing for awhile. Big venues (rightfully) will adopt a lot of precautions and structure to keep you and your guests safe.

If you want to say your marriage vows - Spring or Summer 2020 -consider a small “covid” ceremony at Day One. You’ll have all the elegance with none of the scuffle, and save the opportunity to celebrate with the whole gang til later down the road! We have a gorgeous downtown Holland location, licensed officiant, collection of white garden chairs, and even the technology to help you have a virtual Zoom ceremony.

What a weekend!! Thank you to all the ladies who entered their dresses in our resale or let us help you find a dress you love at a price you (and mom) love! Our 3-day pop up shop prom dress resale was a blast and we had so much positive feedback from both buyers and sellers... we’re totally doing it again!

Follow our page to catch news of future resales (hint: homecoming and winter fest dresses 🤩 in the fall!?)

Sellers: Please swing by the suite to pick up your sales check and/or leftover dresses this coming week. We will start messaging you on Monday to let you know which of your dresses did/didn’t sell. In other news.. there’s a new dressing room inside the suite! 🐩 We noticed the poor bathroom could only accommodate so many bodies when the bustle of changing into dresses began. This beautiful beaded curtain also gives elegant “reveal” shots of the bride and her bridesmaids making their first appearance 🤍..
We hosted a photoshoot late last week where we were able to set things up and get a few photos of our suite’s newest amenities... much more on that s o o n !..
provided these silky satin robes for the shoot.. Lovvving the gradient hues.

I totally tried on a few dresses today. I figured it would be helpful for you ladies to see what’s being dropped off so you know what our inventory is! ..
Seriously.. some of these dresses shocked me with how meh they seemed on the hanger.. but shocked me by how gorgeous they are when you put them on!!..
We already have our dressing rooms set up for the pop-up shop so you can try these beauties on! I’ll give you a drip feed over the weekend of the ones I tried on today 💧..
