The Bayou City Showcase is a live music event hosted by Mark Zeus..It's a series of acoustic open mic format showcases open to all. Currently the Songwriters Showcase is every Tuesday evening at The Americana, 2957 Bingle Rd. Houston TX.. Original and acoustic music only- No drum kits, amps, karaoke or backing tracks. No Comedians. Performance artists and poets are welcome. The BCS also offers networking opportunities for professional and aspiring musicians, as well as their friends and fans.
