I'm starting up this page as a complement to the work I've done on Instagram around my Video business, because I know some of you haven't seen my work over there.
If that describes you, HI! I'm now in the business of creating wedding videos, and loving every minute of it!
I made my first wedding video for Eli and Kasandra Midthun, and it is titled "Engaged Ain't Married". If you're like most people, you may ask... why is it called that?
Storytime: 2 years ago I was at Eli's house in Wautoma, WI, and I noticed a picture of him and his then-girlfriend, Kasandra on his fridge. Noticing that this picture looked an awful lot like a picture you'd see on a "save the date" card, I wrote "?/?/?" (as in, a mystery date) on a napkin and magneted it on the fridge next to the photo. I thought I was hilarious, and it's quite possible that I was.
Fast forward a year, and guess what was written on another napkin and posted next to that same picture on that same fridge? You guessed it, the Midthuns' official wedding date.
Well, as much as I teased the Midthuns about their impending marriage, Eli managed to taunt Kasandra even more with the notion that "engaged ain't married"... throughout the months leading up to their wedding, he would frequently bring this up in conversations about wedding plans with a smirk, to which Kasandra would respond with an eye roll.
She wasn't worried, of course. She knew he couldn't resist her :)
