If you don't know what Veganuary is, here's a brief explanation from their website: "Since 2014, Veganuary has inspired and supported more than one million people in 192 countries to try vegan for January – and beyond. We have worked with businesses to drive up vegan food options in shops and restaurants, and have made veganism more visible and accessible through our work with national and international media."⠀

Couteau is already a vegan business but we recognize that there's always room for improvement, which is why we took the #veganuary pledge this year to continue expanding our understanding of what it means to live a more plant-based life.⠀

We also felt it was important to reach out to our community here in LA, now more than ever, and help bring healthy vegan food to those in need, which is why we have decided to donate 10% from every box sold this month to @supportandfeed ⠀
