BIG NEWS! The plants that were "borrowed" without our permission from in front of our Thrift Shop have been returned to our Division Street shelter. We will soon reunite them with their Thrift Shop home! They were a little thirsty with the warm weather, but otherwise in good condition. We can't keep these in stock!! They've been selling like hotcakes! These arrived today! We now have sizes XXL-S for Wifey in stock, and size 5/6 or 6/7 for our flower girls! We can order any size and wording! Some popular wording beside Wifey is Mrs, or Mrs XYZ, Bride, etc. It's common to have the bride-to-be to also add the wedding date under the color or on the waistband!

Raspberry Love

FOR THE SYRUP
12 oz fresh or frozen raspberries, thaw if using frozen.
¼ cup sugar
2 Tbsp Framboise Raspberry Dessert Wine
FOR THE COCKTAIL
3 oz. half & half
DESSERT WINE COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH

RASPBERRY LOVE
2 oz vodka
2 oz Raspberry Syrup
1 oz white chocolate or chocolate liqueur
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the raspberries and sugar in a medium saucepan. Simmer until the berries break down and the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add the Framboise. Strain through cheesecloth if you wish the seeds removed.
Chill glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes. Run edges of glasses with chocolate liqueur. Dip rims in decorating sugar.
Combine the half & half, chocolate liqueur, vodka, and raspberry syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold. Strain into chilled glasses.

Hello Gorgeous! Are you home celebrating Christmas with your families?! 🥳🥳 We are open, just for you, after Christmas for appointments! We're filling up fast! Book now!!

It's been an amazing week since we we've been able to unpack everything and set up the shop!!

A few things we'd like to share:

We do not charge for our standard bridal appointments!! 😁 It is standard in the bridal community to charge a "no show fee". One rationale behind that; it takes a time slot away from another bride. We do ask for a 48 hour cancelation to give another bride an opportunity to book that slot, if you choose to cancel. When you show up for your appointment, there is no charge!! 🥰 We offer a longer Very Important Bride (VIB) appointment that includes a charcuterie board, beverages, more guests and a bride gift for a small fee.

January through March are traditionally the busiest bridal months for gown shopping. I encouraged you to book now for those months, as they fill up quickly!

Some of our designers are saying, due to port issues, to secure your gown order 9-12 months before your wedding date! Other designers are 6-9 months, and other ones are 3-6 months. It just depends on the gown you fall in love with! ❤️ Just be sure to give yourself plenty of time and plenty of time for alterations, they also book up very fast!

We are a family owned business, there is only one of us in the shop at a time to meet the needs of our brides and families! We love to shower our brides with our full attention, which means, if we have a "bride in session" we won't be able to give our "walk in" community the attention you all deserve as well.

The good news, if you don't see the sign that says "Bride in Session", and we are available, we would love to chat and book any walk in appointment on the spot! Either for that day if we have openings or another day.

We are still getting the shop fully put together and unpacking new merchandise and gowns daily! Watch for new content, as we post on the socials!! We are in the "soft opening" phase, we will announce our grand opening soon!! 🥳

Our door signage should be up next week with the "by appointment only" information, website, IG handle, and phone number (feel free to call or text the number with questions!)

Thank you again for the warm welcomes, the encouragements and the referrals! What an amazing community we have! 🥰

Lastly, we will be hosting a special event, once a week, on Friday's...stay tuned for that as well!
