We were delighted to source the boxes and ribbon, and spend a work session tying them up for the perfect takeaway present. What parting gift would you choose for your loved ones to carry with them for years to come?

One of the best gifts you can give your loved ones is to have a plan for your care through the end of your life.

National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD) hopes to inspire, educate and empower the public and providers about the importance of advance care planning. Check out The Conversation Project for help starting the conversation with your friends and family: https://theconversationproject.org/nhdd/advance-care-planning/

Or take a look at Agrace's Advance Care Planning guides and planning sessions. Anyone can use these tools: https://www.agrace.org/find-care/advance-care-planning/

We love any movement that brings education, honesty and clarity to end-of-life.
