Salaried position with vacation benefits. MUST have solid floral design and plant care experience to be considered for this position.
The Indulge & Bloom - Mall of America Store Manager Floral Lead will plan, organize, and lead a retail floral department to create quality, on-brand, seasonal and occasional arrangements using design and display strategies to drive sales.
The Manager/Floral Lead will work closely with Lead Floral Designer, owners, and others to communicate standards of excellence to employees. Responsibilities include direct management of all assigned team members, reinforcing safety and proper flower handling practices. The Manager Floral Lead will design floral arrangements to the Company Brand, pricing accurately and making sure all merchandise is stored properly and rotates based on season and store policy. Other duties include maintaining records of invoices, receiving, and waste control, and achieving department merchandising and sales goals in cooperation with owners, merchandisers and buyers.

Indulge & Bloom is looking for a clerk/order-taker for immediate hire. Part-time, mornings through early afternoon & Saturday schedule. In addition to taking orders in person and over the phone, the ideal candidate would also help with boxing/wrapping arrangements to be sent out for delivery. Our morning schedule consists of taking orders, getting deliveries ready for our drivers and general shop upkeep: it can be a very fast-paced couple of hours!

+Additional hours/income potential from driving & delivering local (Maple Grove) packages, but not necessarily required+

We take great pride in everything we do and are very passionate about our work and our clients. We would love to have you join our team!

Must possess these qualities for consideration:
2+ years in a retail setting
Excellent phone/customer service skills.
Computer/Point of Sale experience (training on our specific system provided)
Flexible schedule
Excellent Multi-Tasker
Enjoy working with clients & team members
A team player
Able to lift 25+ lbs
